Pay Range: $41.19 - $48.61 per hour on W2

Summary:
We are looking for UX Researchers to support accessibility (a11y) studies for core products. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team, including Product UX Researchers, Designers, PgMs, and Engineers, to drive research efforts and ensure our products are accessible for all users. Your role will focus on conducting fast-paced research studies like usability testing and participatory design, with a focus on accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute quick-turnaround research focused on accessibility and user experience.
Plan, observe, and moderate study sessions, including interviews and usability tests.
Analyze and interpret data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure research insights are incorporated into product development.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research outcomes.

Must-Have Skills:

4 years of experience in applied UX research or a similar field.
B.A./B.S. or M.A/M.S./Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology).
Familiarity with research tools like Qualtrics, and experience in conducting research for accessibility and inclusive design.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Industry Experience Required: Experience working in the technology sector, particularly in UX research, product design, or accessibility. This includes familiarity with digital products, mobile applications, or web platforms.
