Senior Mobile Developer – Accessibility Engineer

Job Description:
Fidelity Investments has an exciting Senior Accessibility Engineer – Mobile opportunity. As an Engineer you will be applying your expertise to analyze accessibility defects and promote accessible solutions.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

5-7+ years or equivalent consisting of Accessibility Testing

Web or Mobile Software Development

Quality Engineering

International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certification or equivalent on the job experience

Proven experience conducting experience evaluations or audits for accessibility

Solid Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Working knowledge of Axe semi-automated tools or equivalents

Familiarity with test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress)

Experience working with agile teams

Fidelity’s working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
