Accessibility Auditor

QuaverEd, Inc is an educational technology company located on Music Row in Nashville, TN. We are seeking an Accessibility Auditor to assist in the development and review of accessible content. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently, possess problem-solving skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively with an ability to provide rationale for decisions.

Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Middle Tennessee. Position reports to the Accessibility Audit Team Lead.

Experience

1-3 years of digital accessibility experience
Basic knowledge of W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2
Prior experience conducting manual accessibility testing of websites, mobile apps, and digital products using assistive technologies across multiple platforms
Understanding inclusive, human-centered, and universal design principles

Responsibilities

Review assets provided by the Art Department to ensure they conform to current WCAG standards and guidelines for compliance at the AA Level
Help develop standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
Collaborate with the Web Development Team to improve and maintain the quality and function of accessible screens, online tools, and QuaverEd.com
