Digital Content Strategist

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Content Strategist to become part of our Marketing team. In this role, you will define and implement a comprehensive content strategy, conduct audits of existing content, identify gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cohesive, engaging, and impactful content experiences that deliver value at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:

Build and implement a company-wide content strategy for all digital web entities, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing initiatives.
Conduct a detailed audit of all available web content, assessing quality, consistency, and effectiveness for our audiences. Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve our digital presence.
Collaborate with the Web Strategy and UX/UI teams to infuse engaging content experiences that enhance user interaction & improve user navigation.
Partner closely with marketing, product, and business unit teams to align content across multiple touchpoints and campaigns, ensuring a unified voice and tone.
Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, accessibility, and usability, following industry practices to improve reach and engagement.
Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with key marketing initiatives, product launches, and business objectives.
Establish performance indicators to measure impact of content initiatives and use data insights to continuously optimize content strategy.

Required Skills and Experience :

Experience in building a digital content strategy, content management, or a related role within a large organization.
Proficiency in developing and implementing content strategies in complex, multi-business environments.
Experience in conducting content audits, identifying content gaps, and developing solutions to improve the digital experience.
Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a consistent record in developing content that resonates with diverse audiences.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

Knowledge of semiconductors and AI in IoT, Client, Infrastructure, or Automotive industries.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring content effectiveness.

Salary Range:
$118,702-$160,597 per year
