Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Staff Product Designer with a passion and deep subject matter expertise in crafting accessible experiences. In this horizontal role you’ll partner across Design and with our Design Systems team and XFN partners to create and execute a vision for accessibility at Pinterest. You have deep subject matter expertise, a strong visual design toolkit and a systems mindset. You’re passionate about our mission, raising the quality bar and making the basics great. What you’ll do:
Establish the strategic direction and product vision for Accessibility Design at Pinterest
Be at the forefront of accessibility design initiatives and broadcast the efforts across Design and throughout Pinterest
Be responsible for mentoring and helping grow talent within the team while scaling the Accessibility team
Represent Pinterest Design within the design community, attending and speaking at conferences

8+ years with a track record of shipping inspiring well built experiences
Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience
