Web 3.0 Accessibility Graphic Designer

The Position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to ensure that our web 3.0 applications and digital solutions are accessible to users of all abilities, including those using assistive technologies. This is a unique opportunity to drive inclusivity and accessibility in our cutting-edge Ed-tech software development projects.

The Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate must have experience introducing new products and major projects, particularly in the public sector, financial, and education sectors. You will elevate our visual communication across diverse platforms, shaping our brand identity with innovative vision and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct accessibility audits and evaluations to identify barriers in compliance with accessibility standards.
2. Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate accessibility considerations into the design process.
3. Provide guidance on accessible design practices and tools for web 3.0 accessibility.
4. Develop and implement accessibility testing strategies to evaluate web 3.0 applications.
5. Stay informed about evolving accessibility standards and advocate for accessibility initiatives.
6. Educate clients on web accessibility and provide training on design principles.
7. Lead creative concept development aligned with brand strategy.
8. Create visually stunning designs for various media channels.
9. Interpret client briefs, provide creative solutions, and manage feedback.
10. Ensure visual consistency across design assets.
11. Mentor junior designers and support team growth.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and new design technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience in web accessibility testing and remediation for web 3.0 technologies.
- Familiarity with WCAG and ARIA accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional Portfolio showcasing visual design mastery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.
- Expertise in typography and layout design.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design.

Highly Valued Skills:
- Motion Graphics, UI/UX and Animation experience.
- Illustration and hand-drawn elements proficiency.
