What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct automated and manual accessibility audits for websites and mobile applications
- Develop detailed audit reports with recommendations for issue resolution
- Present accessibility findings to stakeholders and executives
- Collaborate with designers and content strategists to apply accessibility best practices
- Support researchers with user research and usability studies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of professional experience in digital accessibility roles
- Strong familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 guidelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience conducting usability tests with assistive technologies
- Ability to manage accessibility projects effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in CPACC or equivalent
- Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring others in accessibility
- Background in user experience design or collaboration with UX designers and researchers
