We are recruiting for a Web Accessibility Consultant to seek out new opportunities and drive forward our ICT accessibility work.
In this challenging role you will need to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the concepts of web accessibility. You will be able to audit to and have a working knowledge of the WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines and relevant web technologies. You will have an up-to-date knowledge of the range of assistive technology available to people with a disability. Experience of usability would be an additional advantage.
A flexible approach and first class presentation skills will definitely be required. You will work as a member of a small team, managing a variety of projects, delivering training; web and software audits and accessible web design. .
