What You’ll Contribute

The Associate, Technology Operations will be responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and technical support of software that enable application developers and business users to maximize the benefit and value of various platforms. This would include configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do

Description

Implement appropriate system monitoring mechanisms to readily report system and platform status
Manage and report on software licensing and usage to contractual limits
Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions
Perform configuration or no code/low code changes
Implement security and access settings that comply with organizational requirements
Assist in platform integration activities
Help troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to resolve challenges and issues
Maintain healthy and performant software platforms using various vendor, application, compliance, regulatory best practices
Conduct release readiness activities to ensure stability

What You Have

Minimum Education, Skills And Experience Required.

Basic understanding of software development methodologies and principles
Basic understanding of meta data applications/platforms and SaaS delivery model
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail and action-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Proactive approach to meeting organizational objectives
Willingness to contribute to projects and initiatives in team setting and meetings

Preferred Education, Skills, And Experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
1-2 years of experience in a related technical role
Experience administering SaaS platforms
Experience with ADA and digital accessibility
Experience with regulatory and compliance processes
