Position Summary:

The position of Web Developer/Accessibility Specialist is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, integration and support of the internet and intranet websites, including the design and implementation of new concepts and prototypes. Maintain quality service standards set by the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, create, document, develop, test and implement program applications utilizing, Visual Studio, and .NET framework.
Advise, train and provide specific guidelines regarding front end web accessibility.
Design, prototype and write HTML to WCAG 2.1 AA and AAA, and US Access Board Section 508.
Develop documentation and for maintenance and administration of intranet and internet sites.
Work with senior developers to review architecture, design and code.
Adhere to application development standard guidelines.
Preform Quality Assurance testing in accordance with department policies and guidelines.
Stay up to date on new technologies and trends pertaining to developmental improvements to the intranet and internet sites.
Research and manage use of best practices and search engine optimization (SEO) for website.
Troubleshoot complex concepts.
Management of vendor relationships.
Manage the security of internet and intranet sites in conjunction with the IT Security Officer.
Manage/monitor the internet and intranet functionality to ensure fast and efficient response times.
Ensure that the internet and intranet meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Participate in AML/BSA compliance training as assigned. Adhere to credit union AML/BSA policy and procedures including CTR rules and form preparation, identify and refer suspicious activity to the Compliance Department, perform OFAC comparisons, and properly identify individuals in accordance with Branch Operations procedures.
Other Duties and Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned.
Coordinate special projects as assigned.
Provide afterhours support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
5 years of web development experience
Experience with .NET, MVC 0, C# and T-SQL
Web development experience HTML 5, CSS 3, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript and JQuery
Experience with Angular JS, React Native, PowerShell is preferred
Experience with at least one CMS system
Kentico Developer Certification
Experience working within a responsive design framework
Experience with Screen Readers is required
Knowledge of SEM and SEO
Knowledge of Open Web Application Security Project
