Position Purpose: Design, implement and maintain training resources. Evaluate, and propose and create training programs supporting customer service, technical process documentation, operational systems, and e-learning development. Experience utilizing Articulate 360 software is required in order to meet the expectations for the position. Samples and/or portfolios will be reviewed as a part of the interview process.

***The Senior Curriculum Designer role is fully remote. Candidates will be considered nationally.***

Responsibilities:
Design and implement instructional strategies that support learning and performance within functional teams
Lead meetings with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop learning strategies to meet said requirements and lead development processes
Create and implement learning, virtual simulations and assessments on approved platforms in online environment
Outline and deliver timely training project plans
Oversee maintenance of training resources and support sites
Develop instruments to assess individual change in knowledge, skills and quality results
Conduct reviews of training program objectives assessing the need for modifications to content and structure
Research current industry trends, recommend and incorporate related updates into the standard curriculum
Facilitate training as needed to support operational goals


Preferred Skills:
Digital Accessibility Standards (WCAG): Experience in ensuring digital content meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standards & AI in Content Creation: Experience in employing AI for automating or enhancing the creation of materials, such as eLearning's, quizzes, assessments, and instructional content.


Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in instructional design related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience. Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies. Experience designing online curriculums in adult learning settings. Healthcare industry and project management experience preferred. Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate experience. SharePoint Cornerstone Learning Management and Q-Mindshare experience preferred.
