Senior Document Remediation Specialist

This role requires an expert in Section 508 compliance and WCAG standards to ensure digital documents, including PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files, are accessible and usable for people with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with accessibility tools such as Adobe Acrobat, CommonLook, and assistive technologies like screen readers. Key responsibilities include performing detailed document audits, remediating complex documents, conducting quality assurance reviews, and collaborating with clients to meet strict deadlines and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
