Job Description

We are looking for professionals with experience in Section 508, WACG 2.+, and ADA accessibility standards to help us make the Web more accessible to all.

Your primary role will be to identify accessibility issues, identify potential accessibility barriers and violations of the standards mentioned above, remediate, and/or test websites, documents, videos, and other digital files, including Microsoft Office files.

You will also assist us in estimating time needed to complete tasks and writing proposals
Qualifications

Knowledgeable in Section 508, WACG 2.+, and ADA accessibility standards
Experience in using assistive technology software (i.e. JAWS, NVDA, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, ZoomText, CommonLook PDF, etc.)
Experience in conducting accessibility audits and tests, writing reports detailing problems found and remediating these problems.
Experience with Microsoft Office software and Google Drive applications
Great verbal and written communication
Ability to work in group, independently, and to multitask.

Extra points
Experience in HTML, CSS, WAI ARIA, JavaScript, MySQL, Video and Audio editing software
Knowledge of SEO best practices
