Senior Accessibility Quality Engineer - Technology Delivery Orchestration & Innovation

We can finally cater to the bank's Accessibility demand. The role is expected to work as an inclusive, collaborative member of the Digital Accessibility team to maintain a unified accessibility standard that is enforced across all of NAB's digital assets.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing Accessibility gap analyst on task Acceptance Criteria

Providing Accessibility- Specific requirements for tasks, including required ARIA attribute, sematic HTML markup, and screen reader behavior scenarios

Perform cross-browser, devices, and screen reader testing

Logging defects and assisting with solutions and any issues identified above

Support implementation of best practice Digital Accessibility with internal stakeholder, including recommendation

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Must have:

3+ years in the design and execution of both Manual testing and Automation

Knowledge and experience with accessibility standards WCAG 2.0 (Level AA), standard is essential

Experience testing with one to two of accessibility tools: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback, etc.

Experience in cross-browser, cross device, and cross-screen reader testing is expected.

Experience with Java or Javascript/Typescript programming (or similar languages)

Participate in the creation and improvement of internal accessibility testing standards and processes

Knowledge of best-practice Accessibility, Usability, Inclusive design, human- centred design principles or similar

Knowledge basic HTML and CSS, familiarity with iOS/Android design system is desired

Strong communication in English (both verbal and writing)
