As a Digital Accessibility Specialist, you will join a team responsible for scoping, testing, reporting, and delivering detailed analyses of customers websites and mobile apps. Ensuring that our clients' websites and mobile applications are inclusive and user-friendly for individuals with disabilities. Your expertise in accessibility testing, comprehensive analysis, and collaboration with clients and partners will contribute to our commitment to delivering top-notch solutions in the digital accessibility space.

What you will be doing:
Accessibility Testing & Analysis:
Conduct thorough accessibility tests on individual pages, adhering to Siteimprove s testing standards.
Utilize the Siteimprove platform to identify trends in accessibility compliance and provide in-depth analyses of clients' digital properties.
Stay current with and master accessibility guidelines, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Section 508, and Accessibility Conformance Testing rules.

Documentation & Reporting:
Generate user-centric and easy-to-understand documentation, ensuring its paramount role in maintaining our competitive advantage and contributing to clients success.
Collaborate with clients to define accurate Scopes of Work for manual accessibility testing projects.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration:
Contribute to group efforts to deliver accessible websites, mobile apps, and content through quality assurance evaluations.
Identify and explain trends across various test cases to senior leadership.
Facilitate discussions and present testing results to clients multi-disciplinary teams.

Peer Review & Process Improvement:
Review artifacts and deliverables from peers, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Contribute to the internal accessibility knowledge base.

Project Management & Multitasking:
Work concurrently on multiple projects, balancing competing deadlines in an agile environment.
Assist in the development and presentation of remediation strategies.

Consulting & Advisory:
Consult with customers to align priorities with business objectives
Advise Customer Success Executives on corresponding consulting sessions for customer impact
Support Sales in customer scoping exercises
Internal manual testing for other departments as needed

Perform other duties as assigned.

What we will require of you:
2+ years of experience performing accessibility testing.
Experience using screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback, and others.
Proficiency in web accessibility guidelines (WCAG, Section 508, and ACT-R).
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Self-starter with a demonstrated record of acquiring knowledge beyond what is needed to complete assigned tasks.
Superior ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in direct sales, project management, or client communications.
Travel as needed

Salary Range: $60000 - $91000
