Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Consultant to act as a liaison between the client area and the technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated and/or manual systems and workflow. This individual will provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
• Prepare specifications for system changes.
• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
• Provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.
• Work within Wells Fargo Technology (IT) and work with IT and other lines of business to provide solutions to identified risk items within the enterprise. Solutions involve working with multiple teams to identify, analyze and recommend solutions to remove or reduce risk.
• Help teams track, govern and report on identified risk items and implemented solutions.

• Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
2+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
2+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting
Desired Qualifications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to act as a subject matter expert on Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
Knowledge and understanding of accessibility methods and standards, ADA Title III, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), or Section 508 compliance guidelines
A BS/BA degree or higher
Experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment or financial institution
Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): all phases and types of testing
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
3+ years' experience in digital accessibility, preferably within a corporate setting
Ability to apply subject matter expertise of WCAG, Section 508, ADA and other related regulations and guidelines to accurately assess digital assets for compliance with accessibility policies and rules
Relevant industry certification (e.g. IAAP CPACC, IAAP WAS or DHS Trusted Tester)
Job Expectations
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
