We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a proven track record of success, and a keen eye for detail. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of interior spaces for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements, project goals, and brand identity.
Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and perspectives, using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Select finishes, materials, and furnishings that reflect the desired aesthetic and meet functional requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Oversee the implementation of design concepts, from procurement to installation, and maintain quality control throughout the process.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, effectively communicating design ideas and addressing their concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and building codes to maintain a high level of professional expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.
Experience in residential properties is a plus.
