Role Overview:
As a Junior IT Specialist, you’ll work alongside the CTO, providing vital support in IT operations and system management. You’ll gain hands-on experience with WordPress, PHP, and web accessibility, contributing to the optimization of our digital environments. Key Responsibilities:

CTO Assistance: Support the CTO with day-to-day IT tasks, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software and network issues.
Web Management: Assist with WordPress site management, including updates, plugin configurations, and performance optimization.
Development Support: Provide assistance in PHP-related development tasks and manage the web environment for smooth functionality.
Project Support: Collaborate with the CTO on IT projects, providing research, documentation, and progress tracking.
System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems, ensuring stability and security.
Requirements:

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of WordPress, PHP, and related environments.
Accessibility Awareness: Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (WCAG, ADA) and a passion for creating accessible digital experiences.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
