Job Description: As a Senior Web Developer (Front-End Focus), you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality web applications with a significant emphasis on accessibility for people with blindness and visual impairments. Your expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and design will be critical in creating seamless and user-friendly experiences for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using TypeScript and JavaScript.
· Implement accessible web designs following WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards as well as newly developed approaches.
· Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the design meets accessibility and usability standards.
· Conduct accessibility testing and audits to identify and fix accessibility issues.
· Participate in team meetings and collaborate across different time zones as needed.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development.
· Strong proficiency in web technologies TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
· Experience with vanilla JS and web components.
· Proven experience with web accessibility standards and practices (WCAG, ARIA).
· Solid background in design and the ability to translate design concepts into functional, accessible web applications.
· Experience with modern front-end frameworks web components, and libraries (e.g., Lit, React, Angular, Svelte).
· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of reactive components (e.g., Lit, React, Angular, Svelte).
· Knowledge of back-end development and integration.
· Familiarity with Go is a bonus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
